Furthermore, each User must independently verify if the country they intend to work in following a completed education via this website allows them to purchase anaesthetics, and in what amounts, which are required to conduct business following the education, as well as independently acquire information if the User may perform the treatments for which the Service Provider has provided education, and what the conditions for those treatments are, because the educations and courses available on this website are informative in nature, used to prepare the User for further work.
The Service Provider is not responsible for or privy to the conditions the User must fulfil in order to work in the country in which the User plans to conduct the business for which they completed education via this website.

The Service Provider who concludes a Service Contract with a User for a selected course, issues a written invoice in kuna, with clearly defined expenses and descriptions.
The Contract between the Service Provider and the User is saved in electronic form on the Service Provider's computer and is available to the User at any time on their user profile.
The Contract is written in the Croatian language.
The Contract is concluded at the moment when the Service Provider confirms the User's request for a selected on-line course.
The User shall pay the full agreed upon amount immediately when the contract is concluded and shall deliver proof of payment.
13. Final provisions
The Service Contract the Service Provider concludes with the User on this website remains in effect until one of the parties terminates it pursuant to legal regulations.

- Podaci o kontaktu, koji korisniku omogućuje brzu i učinkovitu komunikaciju s Pružateljem usluga (e-mail adresa, telefon)
- Informacije o bitnim karakteristikama on-line edukacije, odnosno uslugama iz ponude web stranice, uključujući i poslije prodajne usluge
- Informacije o dostupnosti usluga web stranice
- Način i uvjeti izvršenja usluga
- Informacije o načinu plaćanja
- Informacije o roku trajanja ponuda s web stranice

Preporučuje se nakon završenog tečaja/edukacije putem web stranice i naknadna edukacija sa fizičkom osobom, zaposlenom kod Pružatelja usluga, koja izvodi nastavu tečaja/edukacije putem web stranice, osobno.
Nadalje, svaki Korisnik mora samostalno provjeriti da li u državi u kojoj ima namjeru raditi po okončanoj edukaciji putem ove web stranice, smije i može kupovati anestetike i u kojoj dozi, a koji su potrebni radi kvalitetnog obavljanja posla po edukaciji, kao i samostalno pribaviti podatke da li Korisnik po okončanoj edukaciji smije raditi tretmane za koje Pružatelj usluga nudi edukaciju, te koji su uvjeti za obavljanje takvih tretmana, budući da su edukacije i tečajevi putem ove web stranice isključivo informativne naravi, kako bi Korisnika usluga osposobili za daljnji rad.
Pružatelj usluga nije odgovoran i nije upućen u uvjete koje Korisnik usluga mora zadovoljavati da bi mogao raditi u državi u kojoj Korisnik usluga ima namjeru obavljati radove za koje je isti prošao edukaciju putem ove web stranice.
Pružatelj usluga ne odgovara za nesavjesno skladištenje materijala koji se koristi u on-line edukaciji, a na koje je upute skladištenja Pružatelj usluga upozorio Korisnika tijekom on-line tečaja.
Pružatelj usluga ne odgovara za čistoću Korisnika prilikom primjene naučenih vještina u on-line edukaciji.
Prilikom pohađanja on-line edukacije Korisnik stječe znanja i vještine za obavljanje poslova za koje je isti prihvatio tečaj/edukaciju.
Korisnik se obvezuje po završenom tečaju polagati pisani ispit putem web stranice, te po dostavljenim dokazima o učinjenih najmanje 5 radova na temelju završenog tečaja/edukacije, Pružatelj usluga izraditi će i dostaviti Korisniku certifikat o položenom tečaju koji se ne upisuje u radnu knjižicu.
7. Linkovi i obilježja, robne marke
V.B. CONSULTING kao jedini vlasnik web stranica nije nužno povezan sa web stranicama čiji su linkovi ovdje navedeni i ne odgovara za njihov sadržaj. Pridružene web stranice služe isključivo Vama, kako bi pridonijeli praktičnosti uporabe web stranica te im stoga pristupate uz vlastiti rizik. Postojanje linkova za ostale web stranice te preporuke za određene proizvode, usluge ili publikacije koje nisu dio ove web stranice te njegovih pomoćnih i pridruženih web stranica ne znači V.B. Cijene su važeće u vrijeme ispunjavanja narudžbenice i imaju unaprijed određenu vrijednost. Unatoč naporima da se ažuriraju točni podaci, može se dogoditi da su informacije o cijeni netočne. U tom slučaju se Pružatelj usluga obvezuje obavijestiti Korisnika da se cijena promijenila tijekom obrade narudžbe, a Korisnik ima pravo promijeniti narudžbu, otkazati ili potvrditi narudžbu po novim cijenama, sve bez dodatnih troškova.
Pružatelj usluga koji s Korisnikom sklopi Ugovor o pruženim uslugama odabranog tečaja, izdaje račun u pisanom obliku u kunama, s rasčlanjenim troškovima i pojašnjenjima.
Ugovor između Pružatelja usluga i Korisnika sačuvan je u elektronskom obliku u računalu Pružatelja usluga te je dostupan Korisniku u svakom trenutku u njegovom korisničkom profilu.
Ugovor je napisan na hrvatskom jeziku.
Ugovor je zaključen u trenutku kad Pružatelj usluga potvrdi zahtjev Korisnika za odabrani on-line tečaj.
Korisnik je dužan uplatiti cjelokupni iznos ugovorene cijene odmah po sklapanju ugovora te dostaviti dokaz o uplati.
13. Završetak
Ugovor o pružanju usluga koji Pružatelj usluga sklopi sa Korisnikom na ovoj web stranici valjan je sve dok ga ne raskine jedna od stranaka sukladno važećim zakonskim propisima.
