Valentina is the founder and owner of VB Microblading & PMU Academy as well as Skinovation Beauty & Laser Clinic. Married and mother of three children, she has a very busy and dynamic way of life. She founded her company 12 years ago and set very high goals and priorities. Education is the key to success. She gained her knowledge and training worldwide; Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Austria, Poland, UK, Vietnam, Italy, Germany, and Australia. While working and living in Australia as a salon manager from 2012-2016, she went through many different courses and training in an extensive network of skincare professionals. Managing a salon that is a part of a big franchising network that counts more than 27 beauty clinics has been very rewarding. Today Valentina has a wide range of diplomas and certificates as an accountant, tourism manager, international Master trainer for Microblading, permanent makeup, Pigment off a unique tattoo removal technique. Besides, she is a regular speaker at conferences and a frequent guest and member of the jury. As an excellent educator & teacher, Valentina was firmly focused on her work and put much effort into the development of her techniques for Microblading and permanent makeup. Today, she can proudly say that she runs one of the most advanced educational centers in the Republic of Croatia and the region.
